Career Summary
Terry has over 35 years’ experience in Admiralty and shipping law matters, including 24 years in Hong Kong, and has previously worked for two major international shipping law firms. In 2009, he was admitted as a solicitor in both Hong Kong and England. He has strong legal professional skills in International Law, Arbitration, International Arbitration, Maritime Law, and Dispute Resolution.
Terry advises shipowners, P&I Clubs, hull underwriters and salvors on all matters related to ‘wet’ shipping including collisions, salvage, wreck removal, unsafe ports, and General Average.
He has also contributed to the legal texts “Maritime Law and Practice in Hong Kong” and “Bullen Leake & Jacob's Hong Kong Precedents on Pleadings” - Admiralty Chapter.
