Career Summary

Guy joined the firm in 2020 as a consultant, bringing more than 30 years’ experience with him and having previously been Senior Partner at a leading UK regional firm. Guy is a commercial litigator who deals with marine and fisheries cases as well as professional negligence and a wide variety of civil claims. He is regularly instructed by both UK and international clients and specialises in regulatory matters, defending enforcement action taken by the MMO, IFCA's, MCA and local authorities against vessel owners.

Guy is an RYA/MCA Yachtmaster (Offshore) and Member of British Marine (Insurance Financial and Legal Services Association.
